At our grooming salon, we believe every dog deserves a calm, caring, and enjoyable experience. While we pamper your pup, we create a soothing atmosphere with gentle music and diffused aromatherapy oils to help them feel at ease.
Our space is designed to be relaxing, open, and stress-free. We never rush through our services, instead, we take the time to get to know each dog’s character and tailor our approach to their individual needs.

We use only premium canine grooming products safe, gentle, and effective for all coat types.

The Dog Wash Experience
- Includes: Wash, blow dry, brush, nail trim, and ear cleaning.

The Tidy Up Experience
- Includes: Wash, blow dry, brush, nail trim, ear cleaning, Brazilian, and scissoring of pads, paws, tail, face, and ears.

B+A+D+A+T Dogs: $145 per hour
Standard Groom Experience
- Includes: Wash, blow dry, brush, nail trim, ear cleaning, Brazilian, scissoring of pads, paws, tail, face, ears, and a full-body clip with a short clipper blade.

Deluxe Groom Experience
- Includes: Wash, blow dry, brush, nail trim, ear cleaning, Brazilian, scissoring of pads, paws, tail, face, ears, and full-body styling. This may include long cuts via hand-scissoring or breed-specific clips.

Grooming Rules
- All dogs must be up-to-date with vaccinations (e.g., C5, annual kennel cough, or C3 booster every three years).
- Dogs must be treated monthly for fleas and worms. If fleas are detected, a $25 surcharge applies for a flea wash.
- We do not cover veterinary or medical costs.
- Dogs must arrive on a lead for everyone’s safety.
- Please collect your dog within an hour of being contacted. A $30 surcharge applies for late pick-ups.
- Please advise us if your dog:
- has allergies
- requires medication or medicated shampoo
- is allowed treats
Matted coats: We do not brush out severe matting for hours as it is painful and stressful for your dog. Where possible, we may attempt brushing (charged at $135 per hour), but in most cases, matting will be clipped/shaved out.
Aggressive or special needs dogs: Additional fees may apply.Please clearly communicate your grooming preferences (e.g., ears or tail length). If instructions cannot be followed due to coat condition or matting and we cannot reach you, we will use our professional judgment to ensure your dog’s wellbeing.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. A $100 fee applies for late cancellations or no-shows.
- Repeat no-shows require upfront payment at booking.
- Running late? Please call us. If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, your appointment may be cancelled and the cancellation fee will apply.
Photography & Social Media
We love sharing photos of our happy clients! By accepting our terms and conditions, you agree to allow us to take pictures of your dog for social media and marketing.
