Small Dogs
Compact breeds with lighter grooming needs: from Maltese to Chihuahuas and everything in between.
Medium Dogs
Moderate-sized dogs with average grooming requirements: Cocker Spaniels, Border Collies and similar breeds.

B+A+D+A+T Dogs

- A step up from the wash — ideal for dogs who need a little shaping without a full style. Great for maintaining length between full grooms.
- Wash, blow dry, brush, nail trim, ear cleaning, Brazilian, and scissoring of pads, paws, tail, face, and ears.

- The full treatment! Our premium dog grooming experience for dogs who deserve the very best. Breed-specific styling or full scissor work, completely tailored to your dog.
- Wash, blow dry, brush, nail trim, ear cleaning, Brazilian, scissoring of pads, paws, tail, face, ears, and full-body styling. This may include long cuts via hand-scissoring or breed-specific clips.

Grooming Rules
- All dogs must be up-to-date with vaccinations (e.g., C5, annual kennel cough, or C3 booster every three years).
- Dogs must be treated monthly for fleas and worms. If fleas are detected, a $25 surcharge applies for a flea wash.
- We do not cover veterinary or medical costs.
- Dogs must arrive on a lead for everyone’s safety.
- Please collect your dog within an hour of being contacted. A $30 surcharge applies for late pick-ups.
- Please advise us if your dog has: allergies, requires medication or medicated shampoo, allowed treats.
Matted coats: We do not brush out severe matting for hours as it is painful and stressful for your dog. Where possible, we may attempt brushing (charged at $135 per hour), but in most cases, matting will be clipped/shaved out.
Aggressive or special needs dogs: Additional fees may apply.Please clearly communicate your grooming preferences (e.g., ears or tail length). If instructions cannot be followed due to coat condition or matting and we cannot reach you, we will use our professional judgment to ensure your dog’s wellbeing.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. A $100 fee applies for late cancellations or no-shows.
- Repeat no-shows require upfront payment at booking.
- Running late? Please call us. If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, your appointment may be cancelled and the cancellation fee will apply.

We love sharing photos of our happy clients! By accepting our terms and conditions, you agree to allow us to take pictures of your dog for social media and marketing.
